Every year the College recognises the very best in paediatric training across the UK. Three amazing members were announced as winners at �� Conference in the categories for Junior Trainee (ST 1-3), Senior Trainee (ST 4-7) and Educational Supervisor.

Trainees taking the lead at our St David's Day Conference

Dr Matthew Spencer led a group of enthusiastic paediatric trainees to deliver the �� Wales St David’s Day Conference last week in Cardiff. The �� Wales team asked Matt (pictured) a few questions about his experience before and on the day and if he had any advice for next year's organiser.

This guidance is for trainees at Specialty Training 4 (ST4) or ST5(C4) trainees moving to Progress+ Core level who have been signed off for Level 1 Progress or who are appointed at ST4 with Level 1 capabilities assessed during the recruitment process.

Announcing a new paediatric Multi-Source Feedback tool

The General Medical Council has approved this new MSF tool for use as of Monday, 4 December 2023. This has been developed with and tested by paediatric doctors in training.
