CSACs - volunteering opportunities

The College Specialty Advisory Committees (CSACs) supervise the development and delivery of sub-specialty training. We have vacancies in inherited metabolic medicine, neurodisability, respiratory medicine and intensive care medicine.

CSACs have particular responsibility for monitoring trainees' progress through their sub-specialty training, advising and signing off sub-specialty CCTs (certificates of completion of training) and the continued development of their curriculum and assessment systems. 

The roles and CSACs:

  • Inherited Metabolic Medicine CSAC: Assessment Advisor (Role-Share)
  • Neurodisability CSAC: Trainee Representative (Role-Share)
  • Respiratory Medicine CSAC: Assessment Advisor and Trainee Representative
  • Paediatric Intensive Care Medicine Intercollegiate SAC (PICM ISAC): Training Advisor and Trainee Representative (Role-Share)
