We are responsible for the following:
- Provide member support and respond to membership related queries
- Manage and promote our range of membership benefits
- Process membership applications and subscription payments (including concessions), and manage renewals
- Issue and verify membership certificates
- Liaise with BMJ on subscriptions to our journal, Archives of Disease in Childhood
- Organise fellowship networking events
- Produce membership collateral and send membership communications and marketing activities
- Advise College staff and Officers on membership matters and the associated bye-laws and regulations
